im a owner of a chat room and i cant kick people or make them mods how do i do it??

So you dont appear as gold/yellow ?

If you have a chat group go to the group on xatech:
xatech.com/MyGroupName

Log in

Press "Edit MyGroupName Chat Box" button

If its just an ordinary chat box and you didn't save the page you probably need to delete the chat box and get a new one.
