Didn't get power (HELP!!!)

I bought the xat power "invisible owner" and I closed it once it said thank you! So I refreshed my chat and I still had my days and didnt have the power :( So i refreshed it a bunch and still nothing! So I waited a couple minutes.... And I refreshed and still nothing!! Soooo I tried to buy it again.. and it said you don't have enough days!!!!! PLEASE HELP!! :(

it happened to me too, i bought a light and it didnt come, then on the next day i dot light and my 150 xats were gone
