Chat Box .FLA?

Hey, is the .FLA file (the flash file it was made from) available anywhere on this site to download? Or is it for purchase or something like that?

On download helper plugin for Mozilla firefox it comes up as chat_(#).swf, If you download it and open it then you will see a chatbox, but there wont be a backround and you can't send messages, I'm probably sure you can't do anything with this, It's probably just for online, I haven't heard of downloading and using the chatbox as a program.
The .swf file is like just for the interface, and... I don't know the rest.

So I'm also a little confused :confused:
