I just got the iPod touch, and I was wondering if Xat works on it.

however the actual xat does not work for the reason it does not have flash =] you could jailbreak it :eek:

I dont think jailbreaking is the best idea but it could work :)

Yes it works. 42 was even testing it yesterday.

If you jailbrake it, and the ipod stops working correctly, you have
no more warranty on it.. So Its your choice ;)

My friend had his ipod jailbroken, and he jumped in the pool and forgot he had it in his pocket, its completely fried. If anything happens to your ipod when its jailbroken you can just do something like that to make sure it wont turn back on so they cant check if its jailbroken, so they would usually replace it if you had warranty on it. :cool:

Anyways. My touch is jailbroken, I have A flash version, enough to be able to watch youtube videos, ect. But I cant get on xat.com. It has the blue box with the ? in it when I do saying I need to install flash... Ive tried download downloading a newer flash but its still not working for me :P. m.xat.com works though

I just recently broke my ipod touch D: It ran outta battery and the screen turned yellow, I gotta take it in :/

i wish that i had mobile xat on ipod touch. i mean i tried one day to get on it and all i saw was a square but i couldn't even use the chatbox. i mean what's the point in having wifi on a touch without being able to use mobile xat?

Hm... Did you make sure to go to `m.xat.com` on your iTouch instead of the regular chat link? If you did, could you screenshot it so we could see this?

No just a grayish/black square, I'll try again when I get internet connection on it back up.

is this square a cubeboid and blue an when u click it it goes a greyish color around it... if so it means unknown application... [flash] go to m.xat.com not a chatgroup

Mobile Xat works perfectly on an ipod touch. If it's not working, Make sure you're on m.xat.com It works perfectly for me.

It Does Work Perfectly,
I Just don't like using it on Mobile..
It gets a bit annoying..

I try on my ipod touch all the time and it still wont work i guess i have to try m.xat.com =/ lol :rolleyes:
