Where can i find basic info for newbies?

I just want to know what a moderator can do? and are there any benfits for being a member of a group?

Can someone tell if a moderator, member or owner is on or offline?

On http://www.xatech.com/Help they have 3 tabs for 3 different chat rooms. can i get 3 or maybe more?

What dose the kick button do?
It's basicly a warning to people who break the rules. They can just sign back in after a kick, but shows you have power.

I just want to know what a moderator can do? and are there any benfits for being a member of a group? Moderators can kick and ban (bans can only last for upto 6 hours at a time), and membership makes you higher above the guests so you feel special.:D
