Designing Help!

Hi, DarkReaper100 Here, I was wondering if anyone can design me a background (if this is in wrong topic, please move it), i will pay (green) + 1 subscriber day, as i am in need of a designer background, and i'm rubbish at making background :( , so if you could, just comment, or could you please tell me how to make backgrounds like xat.com/trade or xat.com/lobby.

oh tnx, erm, i would like it with a glow around the guest/member/glow/owner pawns, like a white glow...then i would like a white glow around all the smilies & all the toolbars like logout , edit your chat & the bar that has your main chat and your friends tab open up, and if you could get pics of a zobbie from blog.clubzobbies.com , then add 3 zobbies...and the background will be orange, if u could make it like that, i will give u (green) + 10 days (just bought some days)
