For the past 3 days, my group has been heavily harassed by various chat users. Apparently, there are a few groups who go around and look for other groups to mess with, and they tell the other groups to go into those groups and yeah....
This is ridiculous.
Also, when someone leaves the room, you can't ban them. This needs to be fixed. It's not uncommon for people to put cuss words in their name and it is simply out of control.
I love this chat system, and many of my friends use it now, but if there isn't a way to tighten up the security, I'm going to have to shut my group down and stop recommending this site to so many people.
Also, some of the people who have spammed and harassed my room claim that they work for xat, or that they are a moderator in a xat.com help room.
Is there anyway to verify this?
Is there anyway to contact xat directly. I can send you screen shots of what my group has had to deal with.
