SUGGESTION: Xat Chat Users Online Widget

I had this idea for a cool widget that would be really useful for the xat community.

And little widget that has the number of online chatters in your chat group that you can put on your myspace, facebook, website etc.

What do you guys think?

if you are using xatlive its easy to know the number of chatters on your site it shows the spectators and you can count the members .As to a widget there are some external ones you can use to get a hits count.

Um... hit counter is site views, he wants an add-on that shows how many people are online in a chat. Xatlive isn't recommended for that type of thing unless it's bombarded like many popular chats.

In other words, I think it's a great idea, Scott. Hope it gets made. :3 I support it.

I support this idea and I think it would help even though most of the chats I go to you can easily tell how many people are online because of the number value.

Not everyone uses xatlive. Actually most people don't. For a hit counter just go to google.com and search hit counters.

But that shows site views, not how many people are currently on the chat/chat site.

on the lines of ip addresses.. your not aowed to use xat to harvest information from users
