Latin charset, not working under firefox

My XAT box is completly off when it comes to write in my mother tongue under Firefox. All the people in there with firefox cant write anything proprely because the question marks, special latin characters and others arent set. It's very weird, can you guys take a look at it?

PS: With IE everything is ok.

With our keyboards we cant type ? ! : or other special characters. Only in Internet Explorer. Firefox doesnt work. I dont know if it will happen to you.

The strangest fact is that in other xats that problem doesnt happen...please take a look and hit me back.

PS: Just updated latest flash plugin, and still the same problem.
