every time i join on my chat box this happens it says :::

Network Problem!

Connection Problem.
You could try to start the chat again,

i don't know what to do and i dont know how to restart it

You just click "sign in" but if it has already done this multiple times, it probably won't help.

That making sure your cookies are deleted helps alot better on connection and even lag issues. I rarely have either..but I have once and awhile. And I delte my cookies and its loads better.
