We love nekos and we love anime just as much! Please enjoy your stay here and obey the rules! There are a few simple rules! Not very strict, not too loose. Just dont insult other people, ask for owner or mod, and have fun! Please do not ask for ownership. If you annoy us, we will be forced to give you a small warning, then a short ban, then a long ban. Don't worry, we wont ban unless you really are annoying us. We won't ban for stupid stuff like having a default name! Being a mod is a little different than owner! If you are nice, you will probably get modded! We will be modding anyone we want. If you want to be mod, I'll probably put up a little form! Then I'll see If you are worthy to be a mod.
