when i banned some one ( a permanent ban ) it stated they were banned for only 6 hours.. and i used 0 ?? how do i ban this person forever

If you are a moderator (white icon) You can only ban untill 6 Hours.
If you are an owner (gold/orange icon) you can ban untill permanent.
