Help problem

Now i must imply on admins good will to take care of this. There was a real chaos down at xat help today. Someone duplicated few mods owners even members and made quite a chaos. Also when we need them the most... no mods or owners... Who can help it this kind situation. Even i have trouble with some questions...

For the more online people to help thing, that is not Help owners fault. I try to get on Help everytime I am on the computer but I cant always get on, so it's mainly up to the members to help out. It's ridiculous how there's only a handful of people who actually help on Xat Help.

And for the guy becoming owners, members, mods, I think I know who that is, and he is banned forever yet can still get on through other accounts. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
