Chatbox Wont "work"

The chatbox won't work on my computer!? It works other wise if I copy and paste the html embeded code thingy meh-bob, BUT group chatboxes wont work!?!? Help me pleeeeeeaaaassse! My best friends are on xat... :(

I click on the group and the background pic appears, but the chatbox or w/e else, is just not there. Theres a box outlining it and in the box are 3 shapes, a circle, a triangle, and a square. They are very tiny in the upper left corner. And thats it, thats all. Do I need to download something? It shows everything else but the chatbox :(

All and any groups. It wont work. None. I want to get on deathnoteshinigami specificaly but any and all groups just dont work.
