Hi...
We are experiencing a very strange behaviour in our chatroom... We have 2 different users that cannot sign in together in the same chat...
Whenever one comes in, it disconnects the other... They have different nicks, they do not have the same IP, they are not on a network (both are living in different cities)...
We tried to have their nick changed... They both went through re-creating their nick through the "New user", all of this to no avail... When one of them "Sign in" and writes something... the other one instantly "Sign off"... Both are not able to follow the flow of the conversation while they are signed off...
Another thing we have also noticed... their nick in the "Visitors" pane is toggling (instead of being added at the end of the list when someone signs in) and this happens no matter where they are located in the nick list...
