Clearing / Erasing a Chat Session

Hi,
I looked through the threads already listed but didnt see this info. Sorry if this is a duplicate request. I have two questions:


1) Could someone tell me how to delete a chat session? I clicked on the red X's next to the posts but they keep reappearing.

2) Also....is there a way to clear an entire chat session all at once or do I have to click each individual X next to each post.

1: You must be signed in to delete messages

2: If you're Main Owner you can click Edit Your Chat above sign out, then click Extra Features, you can select never store chatbox messages so that when someone enters the room they wont see any messages that were sent before they entered.

WHERE?????? ain't no such critter on MY chatbox. and what I would LIKE to do,...is erase all the messages in my chat..so I can start over...

how do you find a reset for the chat?

just like someone mentioned in a help section about some arrow going left right..HUH? where are you people finding all this stuff? no such stuff in MY chat....

going through your "help" section,...it mentions stuff like a back ground button and other things that are NOT in MY chat.

where do you find this stuff when it doesn't exist?
