Chat With no hosts??

In a chat which is very busy all the time we can have people being racist and people spam and i would like to take ownership of this chat and try and control it i think i can do it im used to being owner of multiple chats and i can handle arguements i know im fair and no one hates me but there are people that can over react and try to get attention but i would like to stop that this is the chat i want to help i know someone else tried o step up but they couldnt do the job and most of the time the former owner did ruin the chat but now im stepping up!
