Sorry, but in order to open this ticket, your going to need to make a payment of buying xats/days. You can buy them at your local Wal-Mart, 7-11, Rite Aid, etc. or you can buy them online at http://xat.com/xat42 < and make a simple payment of $11 or $21. What happens is that I'm from Venezuela and Zones are hardly Here To Buy xats and Days.

You may purchase a UGC online at this site: http://xat.com/xat42 and you may select any payment method there which ranges from paypal to paying with your visa card, and many more.
If buying an Ultimate Game Card does not suit you, you may also choose other payment methods which include pay by phone, and pay without credit card. This will give you numerous options including cash through the mail, money orders etc...

You need to be a paid user to request a location update. If you are already a paid user, create a ticket at http://xat.com/Ticket
Otherwise, you will need to become a paid user by purchasing xats.
You can purchase xats using Paybyphone, paypal, or you can use an ultimate game card.
If you are unable to purchase xats, you will not be able to get a location update.
