Required information for PM
We volunteers understand you are in a hurry to get help with some common issues. However we would just like to remind you.
We are only human. And we deal with many users every day. Especially here on the forums.
Please bear this in mind when contacting us for assistance, try to only send one private message with all the relevant information we need.
Also note that because we are only volunteers, and we dedicate our time to help. So please be polite to us when contacting us. We wouldn't be rude to you guys!

This includes issues e.g. where you cannot create a ticket or login Is saying your email is not valid/blocked, Being locked out... etc
Its worth saying you should not provide sensitive information to anyone who is not a volunteer or admin. And never disclose your password to anyone.

With this information I hope this speeds up response times. As multiple messages really do slow us down, please try not to post on our visitor messages unless absolutely necessary, they are often unread and you will not be guaranteed support.
