if you are the main owner of the chatroom then you can retrieve the pass,Go into edit type in forgotten pass box (email) and a new pass will be sent to your email address.

All indications suggest you have a *keylogger*.
i suggest you up date your anti virus( avg and avast are good ones) Also when you have done this change your passwords for xat and your email account.It is reccomended that you have different passwords for your email and xat.One tip is to make it upper and lower case and use numbers as well as letters. I personally change all my passowrds regularly.

Just a side note to anyone interested, Microsoft has a program that works around a keylogger, called a On-Screen Keyboard. Its usually going to be in
Start --->All Programs---->Accessories--->Accessability---->On Screen Keyboard.

As keyloggers need input from your keyboard, the onscreen keyboard works around that.

After using email to get a new pass, CHANGE THE PASSWORD FIRST, THEN reset. This will ENSURE the "hacker" cannot get back in, unless your email is breached or your computer has a virus of some sort.
