Placing chatbox in wordpress

Help!!! we really want the chatbox in our wordpress blog, but no matter what we try, after we create a page and paste in the code, all we get is the line Get your own Chat Box! Go Large! No chatbox!!! Why is this?

Perhaps Wordpress does not support chat boxes. Just use the Go Large link to show people to your room.
