help, my group chat.....

I am getting frustrated, my group chat keeps changing names on me and now i have two names on my board. What can I do to eliminate that? Its so annoying. I even made a new chat groups, cuz it kept changing my name and picture all by itself. HELP, PLEASE. tHANK YOU.
