Non-Existing "Save Changes" Button on Edit Group Page

Hi, I'm having problems with some features:

group name: LISBOAeMARGEM_SUL
1- i'm on my group, i hit the Edit Link and i insert my password. I get to the Edit Group page. Now i want to insert some code and then save changes, but after the "Page URL or HTML:" textbox there is nothing. I get no 'save changes' button, or 'reset chat' button, or google advertisements. There's absolutely nothing there. The code that should generate the end of that page is inside the "Page URL or HTML:" textbox.

2- I'm creating a poll. After that, i hit the 'update and get code' button, but the code isn't there. I have to select the 'view source' option, in the context menu, and look for the code in the entire file to copy it and insert it then..
