I cant change avatar

I just joined and I can't seem to put an avatar under my names.
I clicked on EDIT AVATAR, but it doesn't give me any options.
Anybody know what's up with that?

Oh.....by the way......my name is Joey.

No. Only Moderators and Administrators can Edit Avatar thats how this forum is.

There is no Other Way. Members Avatar option is "LOCKED"

I'm gonna look around the site.
I'm always trying to find a place
with a lot of nice people on it.
I'm also on DailyStrength.
That's a nice place with
people who need help. I'm
a bit disabled myself. I've
made so many friends there.
That's how I found this place.
It was highly recomended.
