I'm running Vista, and I am having the same problem. I cannot connect.

It worked yesterday. I checked 3 of my websites and other people can sign in but I can't. Also, the Xat website is unavailable on my Vista computer, but I can access it from my XP computer.

I checked all firewalls to confirm that they were not blocking Xat, and checked my internet options in my browser also. Everything is set to allow.

Please, help! I love Xat and would prefer not to have to switch chat programs.

I made sure that flash and all other programs were updated. I even reinstalled my browsers. I've ran virus scans, and I know I'm not banned because if I switch to XP on same ip, it works, but my Xat chats have not worked for 3 days now, and I haven't received a response.

Is this a Vista compatibility problem? It says Network Problem: Connection Problem.

Please, help!

I myself use Vista aswell, I dont see why it isnt working for you if no firewalls are blocking it and your security is allowing access. Maybe you dont got flash...?

I made sure flash was updated, even uninstalled and reinstalled browser and updates. I'm running version 9.0.47.0.
Disabled firewalls. Updated and rescanned for viruses, and as I said I can access
everything from my XP computer on the same ip.

I'm stumped!

i too keep getting this message Connection Problem. You could try to start the chat again, Sorry. (AT) and i really need to accesss this chat -- tried disabling firewall, went to internet tools, spybot and that didnt help. i am on vista, but it works on my husbands lappy. please help

anyone have any suggestions
